On-line services can be very prescriptive and very often permit no access for meaningful dialogue when you invariably hit a snag or have a query over a possible ambiguity in following the process making the experience an altogether frustrating and time consuming affair. Not so with Lifesure - well done.

Product rating : Lifesure give direct contact with the insurer which really helps because claims are rarely straight forward. The times I have had to to do this have been a positive experience the various insurers have always been very reasonable to deal with.

Service rating : Excellent customer service at the purcahse stage. No expereinec (yet!!!) of making a claim.
Somebody to speak to on the phone rather than an online process - could ask particular questions relating to my slightly unusual vehicle. The person I spoke to was not phased at all by questions - particularly around my vehicle being LPG and imported - and gave me clear answers.
Excellent price, better than other providers.
