Service rating :I had an enjoyable conversation with a nice young chap called Tom. He was very knowledgeable and pointed me towards useful things and away from aspects of the policy that wouldn't be necessary for me. He was clear and didn't waffle and we had a few good laughs!

Product rating : Living in a park home, I wanted to be sure that the policy would suit my situation. Although not likely, I checked that it included re-siting the home in case. I was also pleased with the generous allowance of £40k for personal belongings, even though I assured Tom that I mainly filled my place with books from charity shops! Within that was £3,000 for replacement of a single item. The monthly payment of under £25 was very manageable for me. All in all, very satisfactory.

Darren was extremely helpful, guiding me through the process, explaining every detail as we went through it. He was also just as helpful when the product had to be changed.due to circumstances at my end.
I already have other insurance with them so that was a big deciding factor in choosing them.

It is the first time I have taken house and contents insurance on a mobile home , and was not sure what i should be looking for. The staff i spoke to were so helpful. the experience was very plesant.
