Working with specialist landlord insurance underwriters we have developed a Landlord policy which is one of the most competitively priced products in the UK, so whether you’re looking to insure a single property or a significant portfolio of properties, we will strive to provide the protection that you require at an affordable price.

Finding the appropriate Landlord Insurance policy to protect your business investment is important!

As Independent Landlord Insurance brokers our role is to assist you in understanding the different policy options that are appropriate to your specific business. We also make you aware of the protection a Landlord’s Insurance policy provides and the cover that would be included, giving you the peace of mind that you have made an informed decision about the risks you choose to insure.

Advice on protecting your home

If you are familiar with the landlord insurance cover you wish to purchase, you can use our online quote form by clicking below:

You will need to have the following information available:

  • The value of the buildings and contents to be insured
  • The type of property
  • Type of tenants i.e. working professionals, students, DSS, etc.
  • Any previous claims information
  • The property postcode

When requesting a quote, the key piece of information required will be the rebuild value of each property (not the market value). The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) estimates that 40% of UK properties are under insured, so it is important to have a recent rebuilding cost valuation.

If you are in doubt about any aspect of the information required for your landlord insurance quote please contact us, we’re here to help !

Calling us could save you time and a frustrating internet search.

If you have a portfolio of properties or if you’d prefer to talk to one of our specialist landlord insurance staff to produce a tailor made quote, please phone 01480 402 460.
