Over the years, a number of our customers have written to us thanking us for our customer service and the way that we have looked after when they have needed to make a claim, amongst other things.
More recently we are encouraging customers to leave feedback – good or bad – for us on Feefo, the independent review service, but we still receive the occasional letter and email directly, which are published below.
I thought you might like to hear of the service I received Saturday the 18th June. Needing assistance I contacted Drive-365 (Motoring Solutions) Ltd who in turn contacted the company AASP in Peterborough, within a short while I received a text message from them giving the job number. Within less than an hour AASP engineer turned up – having already notified me he was on his way. The young man (Micky) was very polite and most helpful, he is a credit to their company. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Having had to use our car breakdown policy for the first time, I can only say how delighted and relieved we are. Not knowing what to expect, I can only say how excellent the service was that we were given. Within 15 minutes of our first phone call a mechanic arrived who advised us of the fault and that a breakdown truck was necessary. He arranged this and within a further 20 minutes this arrived which then took us to a garage of our choice who fixed the major repair required. An excellent breakdown cover that I would recommend to anyone.

I also found they did Park Home car insurance and their quote was £65 less than I am paying at the moment, my insurance is due 19/02/2013, so I took that out too! Got a motor renewal premium sorted with Brian this morning – usual polite, friendly, efficient service I have come to expect over the last 5 years or more. Joined you as a customer through the Toyota (Estima) owners club. Club members obviously likely to look after their vehicles so worth finding a good deal for them. When I had to make a claim I was able to negotiate a value of the vehicle such that I could replace it, like for like. When I changed vehicles Lifesure found me a cheaper policy than Saga, even though I was over 50 ! Now, at 60, my renewal Premium with Lifesure is so good I don’t need to ‘shop around’. I have the cover I need at a price even I am happy with.

With regard to my claim in respect of a damaged lounge carpet I would like to place on record my complete satisfaction and thanks for the manner in which the claim was dealt with both by your own staff and the various other contractors involved culminating in todays relaying of the replacement carpet.
