Refer a Friend is an easy way of introducing your friends to Lifesure’s trusted and specialist static caravan insurance products and for you to benefit at the same time! A brilliant way to share the good stuff!
Each time you refer a friend we will say thank you with a £25 Lifestyle voucher that will allow you access to shop, order or download from over 120 of the UK’s best loved brands.

Refer a Friend.
As a static caravan policy holder, tell your neighbours and friends about us and our specialist static insurance product! Make sure your neighbour knows your name, address, and postcode as we will need this information when they call us for a quote.
Sit back & relax.
When your friend contacts us by phone for a quotation for their static caravan insurance, we will ask them how they heard about us and for your details.
Earn the rewards.
If your friend proceeds to take a static caravan policy with us, you will be rewarded with a £25 Lifestyle e-voucher. This voucher can be redeemed online and in-store across leading cinema, holiday, dining, and entertainment brands. A £25 thank you from us for each and every referral that progresses to a live static caravan policy. Not bad for a good chat with a friend!

Static Caravan ‘Refer a Friend’ – Question and Answers
How can I apply for the 'Refer a Friend' scheme?
You, as a customer, do not apply directly for the Refer a Friend scheme. If you recommend Lifesure's outstanding service and policy cover to a friend or neighbour on your caravan park site or another, they need to reference you as recommending Lifesure when they call for a quote. All they will need is your name, address, and postcode. If your neighbour or friend takes a static caravan policy with us, you will be rewarded with £25 e-voucher subject to the scheme’s t's & c's.
Where are the vouchers for?
Lifestyle vouchers offer a variety of stores which can be accessed via a simple e-voucher. To redeem your reward, you will need an email address.
Does the e-voucher have an expiry?
The Lifestyle e-voucher has to be validated within 2 years of receipt. Once validated each retailer has their own expiry date for their vouchers, which can be valid for between 6 and 24 months. Each retailer’s individual expiry terms will be clearly displayed when you log-in to allocate your e-voucher to a retailer.
What if I don't renew my policy?
As long as you have a current static caravan policy when the reward is validated, the voucher will be issued and valid until the retailer’s expiry date.
What if my friend cancels the policy during the policy year?
If your friend cancels their policy outside of the 30 days from the policy's start, then the e-voucher remains valid.
How long will it take for me to receive my vouchers?
The e-voucher will be received within 60 days of the start date of your friend’s static caravan insurance policy.
How many friends can I refer?
Great news! The number of referrals is unlimited.
Does my friend have to be on the same static caravan site as me?
You can refer an unlimited number of friends who are static caravan owners; this is not limited to your own caravan park.
Is it just static caravan referrals - or can I refer car, travel?
The referral is for static caravan insurance only.
Do I have to be a customer to refer a friend?
Yes, you have to hold a current static caravan insurance policy with Lifesure to refer a friend to us and benefit from the scheme reward.
Will Lifesure backdate a referral if my friend forgot to mention me on the first quotation call?
We will need to have received confirmation of your details (name, address and postcode) before the inception of your friend’s policy to enable you to receive the reward.
How long after my friend has incepted a new policy can they start referring their own friends?
A friend can start referring just 14 days after their policy has begun.
Can my friend apply online?
The refer a friend scheme is only available by phone, so the team look forward to hearing from your friends and neighbours.
What if Lifesure have already provided a quotation for my friend through a price comparison site?
If we’ve quoted for your friend’s static caravan or leisure home policy through a price comparison site (e.g., Compare the Market.com, Confused.com or GoCompare.com) we are bound by contract to pay them if the quotation proceeds to a sale within the quotation validation timeframe (which is usually 30 days from the date of the quotation). Under these circumstances we will be unable to reward you for the referral.
My friend isn't due for renewal yet; can they contact Lifesure now and will the reward be paid?
Your friend will need to contact Lifesure when their policy is due for renewal, ideally 30 days before the date of their renewal. So best to put a date in your diary, so you don't miss out.
Can I contact Lifesure to ask when the e-voucher may be issued?
If your friend takes out a policy with us, and you are due a reward we will write to you and let you know. However, if you contact us to check whether we have provided a quotation to a friend you have referred, we cannot discuss this with you as we care about data privacy and comply with the Data Protection Act (2018). You will need to speak to the friend you have referred if you have any questions regarding a quotation.
Are there terms and conditions that I need to comply with or be aware of?
