Once this has been processed, we will send you confirmation that your policy will not automatically renew on its anniversary.

If you need to renew your policy with Lifesure, you will need to contact us again before it is due to expire, or you will be left uninsured. However, about three weeks before the renewal date, we will be in touch to remind you.

This can be found on most of our covering letters and appears at the top of the blue box on the right hand side. Please include all numbers including the last 3 digits as per the example format - XXXXXX/XXX
