Meet our Customer Care Champion

We are pleased to introduce you to Donna Powers our Customer Care Champion, who brings a wealth of experience having worked in the insurance industry for over 10 years.

Donna is fully focused on ensuring that our customers can really feel the benefit of using an established insurance broker who cares about all things, big or small, that matter to you. We want our customers to know that when it comes to insurance, we are here to provide a helping hand if needed.

How can our Customer Care Champion help you?

  • The Customer Care Champion is here to focus on our customers and is invested in improving your Lifesure experience at every stage.
  • They will be there to listen to your concerns and make sure any actions are taken care of.
  • They can lend a helping hand to guide you through the claims process and provide you with support in completing forms.
  • They will assist you in any follow up questions and responses to our insurer partners and communicate back to you.
  • They will act as your voice within Lifesure to help better understand your needs and how we can act upon them.
