Opening hours during the 2021 national lockdown

We want to reassure you that we are open for business during the current national lockdown introduced by the government.

Our team is still available to assist our customers or respond to any insurance enquiries. At this challenging time, we are working hard to ensure that we continue to provide a high level of service and the support you need, should you require it.

During these difficult times we are limiting the number of Lifesure people who are able to work in our offices. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, to provide help with all of your insurance needs. Outside of these hours, from Monday to Friday, 8am-9am and 5pm-8pm, and Saturdays from 8am-12pm, you'll be able to speak with our reception team who will organise a call back from a Lifesure advisor when the office re-opens.
