This year, we were thrilled to sponsor the Park Home and Holiday Living Residential Park of the Year 2024 competition—an event that celebrates the very best in park home living.
A celebration of community
The competition, which ran from May to September this year, invited park home residents across the UK to nominate their parks for the coveted award. The nomination process sparked a wave of enthusiasm, as residents came together to champion their parks and share their stories.
After months of voting, the entries were narrowed down to the parks with the highest number of nominations. From there, the Park Home and Holiday Living panel of judges selected the winner based on the outstanding qualities of the finalists.

The prize
The winning park didn’t just earn bragging rights. They were awarded a trophy and a winner’s certificate, marking their achievement and showcasing the pride of their residents.
And the winner is...
We’re delighted to announce that the 2024 Park Home and Holiday Living Residential Park of the Year award went to Woodlands Park, a stunning Berkeleyparks site in Bristol. This park, with its vibrant community, clearly won the hearts of its residents.
Celebrating the winner
An awards ceremony to unveil the winner was held at Woodlands Park Clubhouse on 21st November and was an exciting event for everyone involved.
Lifesure’s Sales Manager, Scott Sloan, and Sales Agent, Jamie Watson, had the privilege of attending the ceremony, which was followed by an after-party featuring a buffet and plenty of opportunities to mingle with park residents and event organisers.

Speaking about the experience, Scott shared:
“It was great to get out of the office and meet park home residents here. While we often speak to residents over the phone, it’s always a pleasure to have face-to-face meetings like this.
I was impressed by the number of residents who came to the event and their passion for their park. The clubhouse is a fantastic facility, and after looking around, I can see why this park earned so many votes.”
Looking Ahead
For those parks that didn’t win this year, there’s always next year! The competition is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the incredible places so many call home.
